What is an Agent of Record (AOR)?
An AOR acts as the administrative and compliance manager for independent contractors. This service benefits businesses that engage freelancers or contractors across different jurisdictions. Acting as a third-party intermediary, Remundo ensures all local requirements are met—from onboarding to contract administration—so the client can avoid compliance pitfalls.
Remundo is a global hire contracting platform that enables businesses to hire employees and contractors around the world, compliantly, using our EOR (Employment Of Record) and AOR (Agent Of Record) services.
Remundo generates three types of contracts:
- Work order agreement.
- Employment agreement - with the employee, or
- Services agreement - with the contractor.
Remundo platform is free to use. You do not need a credit card to open an account with us.
